6 Belgian Baseball players are invited to the U15 MLB Try-outs in Toulouse.
This Pentecost weekend no less than 6 of our best baseball juniors will participate in the MLB Europe Camp, which will be held from 18 to 22 May 2018 at the Baseball Academy in Toulouse. It’s an vigorous try-out organized by Major League Baseball Europe where only top players from European Baseball Academies are invited.
With 6 invitations – a record number for our U15 players – Belgium is strongly represented in the try-outs and shows that the intensive training efforts of our national Baseball and Softball Academies are starting to pay off. This long weekend our boys are allowed to show their talents to the numerous international baseball scouts, which could be a big deal for starting a baseball career.
The players invited from the Flemish (VBSL) and Walloon (LFBBS) Baseball Academies are:

– Jamie Peeters, Infield – VBSL
– Lev Ambroos, Outfield – VBSL
– Quentin DeVreese, Outfield – LFBBS
We are very pleased with the invitations of our Baseball Academy players. The international experience gained by players and coaching staff is very useful in the preparations of the U15 E.C. Qualifiers of our National U15 Baseball Team which will be held from 16 to 22 July 2018 in Mortsel in the Flanders part of Belgium.
