We want to thank and congratulate both Kenny Van den Branden and Thomas De Wolf on their great baseball careers!
Both icons have put an end to their baseball careers after winning the championship this year with the Hoboken Pioneers .
Kenny Van den Branden was active in a total of 15 seasons in Division 1 / Gold League in Belgium. He played for Borgerhout Squirrels and Hoboken Pioneers. For both teams combined, he managed a whopping 986 strike outs. Van den Branden also has plenty of foreign experience, such as in the Dutch Hoofdklasse. Winning numerous titles and awards. He has struckout far more than 1,000 batters in his entire career.
Kenny has been a fixture over the years with the Belgian Red Hawks.

Thomas De Wolf is a very acclaimed name in Belgian Baseball. Thomas was the first Belgian player to sign a professional contract. After his years with the New York Mets, Thomas traveled the world to make his mark in some of the top Baseball leagues in Europe and elsewhere. Countries such as Germany, Italy, Australia, the US and the Dominican Republic hold no secrets for him. Also winning numerous titles and awards in his carreer. Thomas has been a fixture and main slugger for the Belgian Red Hawks.
