Great news!
All KBBSF-FRBBS competition games have just been posted online for 2022. Never in the history of our sports have there been so many active divisions and registered teams as in this new 2022 season in Belgium!
- in 2019 (pre Corona) there were 151 teams in competition
- in 2020: 140
- in 2021: 154
- in 2022: 168
So in 2022, 168 teams (i.e. 51 baseball teams, 28 softball ladies, 12 softball men, 14 slow pitch and 63 youth teams) will play competition games in 13 divisions each weekend! This is not only good news but also a tremendous amount of work getting these games organized and played on a limited number of fields throughout Belgium each week.

Notes to all participating teams
The TECCOM has done a terrific job of letting teams play on a desired slot. Of course this is not always possible 100% of the time for everybody!
The posted competition calendar / game schedule
This is only a tentative schedule. Despite our vigilance and control, it may possibly contain errors. If you see an error in a date or time, please let TECCOM know.
Until 9th of April 2022 teams may change games/dates/times via TECCOM
The wishes of the clubs have been introduced into the calendar. Clubs have a certain amount of time to ask for any new adaptations. These adaptations will not be invoiced if a valid request is made before 9 April 2022. However from 9 April onwards, any new request for adaptation must be requested with the appropriate form and will be invoiced!
Gamedays BD3 and SLD3
According to this year’s new 2BD/3BD game structure, the BD3 games will be played on Saturday. However for BD3 and SLD3 some clubs did ask to play on Sunday while others asked to play on Saturday. We have arranged the calendar to try to satisfy the greatest number of teams while respecting the occupation of the fields. This is why we moved some games to Sunday for these 2 divisions, while games are/were normally scheduled on Saturday.
BD1
BD1 has an agreed 2×6 team structure with 2 round robins before the split.
First round robin will be played with 7inn – 7inn double headers.
Second round robin will be played with 9inn – 7inn double headers.
To combine this to one round robin amongst 12 teams is not possible in this current agreed structure.
In the event of one team not being able to join BD1, these games will be scratched before the split (in this case and after the split: BD1 Gold will consist of 6 teams and BD1 Silver of 5 teams).
