Pioneers reach Final of Confederation Cup 2022
“The Rouen Huskies defeated the Hoboken Pioneers 6-5 in the final game of the Men’s Baseball Confederation Cup in Rouen, France. Playing at their own turf the Huskies won the game on Sunday in walk-off style, as the decisive run was pushed over home plate in the bottom of the ninth inning thanks to a bases loaded walk (WBSC EUROPE)”.



The Confederation Cup 2022 – formerly known as CEB Cup – will be played from Wednesday, June 8 to Sunday, June 12 in Rouen, France, featuring seven teams including Belgian Series 2021 Winners Hoboken Pioneers.

The winner of the Confederation Cup will earn a spot for its federation in next year’s European Champions Cup.

A preliminary round robin will be played from Wednesday to Friday in the city in Normandy. The top two teams from each pool will advance to the semi-finals on Saturday with the final set for Sunday at 4pm.

Group A features host Rouen Huskies (FRA), Hoboken Pioneers (BEL) and Vienna Metrostars (AUT). 
Group B consists of Barracudas Montpellier (FRA), Olimpija Karlovac (CRO), Tenerife Marlins (ESP) and Therwil Flyers (SUI).


Live streaming and live scoring will be provided for all 15 games.
