The Belgium Brewers will battle in the Men’s Slowpitch European Championship 2022 in Colorno Italy from June 14 to 18.
They are the first National Men’s Team for Slowpitch Softball and were founded in 2017. The players are selected from different Belgian teams of the national KBBSF-FRBBS Slowpitch competitions.
Belgium will have to face Great Britain, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy and Ireland.
On Tuesday, June 14, the Brewers will start at 9:00 AM in the opening game against Great Britain, then will face Germany at 5:00 PM.
A total of 27 games are scheduled over five days at the European Championships 2022.
The Championship Final will take place on Saturday, June 18 at 5:00 PM.
This will be the second edition of the Men’s Slowpitch European Championship and also the second participation of the Brewers. In 2018, then newcomer Belgium finished sixth at the very first E.C. in Choceň, Czech Republic. Great Britain then took gold, Germany silver and The Netherlands bronze.
